A subscription is a recurring purchase. The number of jars, price per delivery and renewal interval are displayed when you choose your plan and again before payment. Refills renew automatically at the displayed schedule until cancelled. Delivery is free within the U.S.; applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
You are in control
Use My refills to access your subscription with a secure email link. You can pause or cancel future renewals. Cancelling or pausing does not stop or refund an order that has already been paid. Please make changes before your next charge. Contact contact@healthywoof.com for address changes or help managing a plan.
Club and PDF-only plans
Qualifying Club subscriptions include a Paw Balm in the first delivery, a PDF guide by email and surprise gifts at the delivery milestones shown for the selected plan. Three-jar medium and large plans include a surprise in every third qualifying delivery. Other Club plans include a surprise in every fourth qualifying delivery. PDF-only plans include the guide, with no physical gifts or Club membership. See current plans and gift details.
Delivery frequency is not a guarantee of how long a jar will last. Follow the daily serving on your label for your dog’s weight.
Existing Recurpay subscriptions
Subscriptions started in our previous Shopify store remain in that system on their existing terms. Contact our team for help; they are not automatically recreated in the new store.
Refunds and email preferences
Read our money-back promise. Unsubscribing from optional care emails does not cancel your subscription, change your gifts or stop essential order and billing messages.
