Our 4-week money-back promise
Use Healthy Woof as directed for 4 weeks. If you notice no results, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to return the jar.
Email contact@healthywoof.com with your order reference, or message us on WhatsApp. If the product does not suit your dog, please get in touch. Stop use and speak with your veterinarian if your dog develops an unwanted reaction.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can help.
Your refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if it has not arrived after 15 business days.
Subscription orders
A refund request does not automatically cancel future refills. You can pause or cancel future renewals in My refills, or contact us for help. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund an already-paid order.
